Duties Assist with preparing and cooking Cajun dishes such as boiled seafood, fried specialties, rice plates, and Louisiana‑style comfort foods Assist with preparing Filipino (Ilocano) dishes including pancit, lumpia, Ilocano‑style vegetable and meat preparations, and traditional Filipino flavors Operate fryers, boiling pots, grills, and trailer‑based cooking equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and trailer by cleaning utensils, surfaces, and equipment regularly Prepare ingredients for both Cajun and Ilocano menu items and assist with assembling meals during service Follow strict food‑handling protocols to ensure safety and hygiene at all times Serve customers at the window, take orders at the register, and handle payments accurately Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during rush periods Assist with trailer setup and breakdown before and after service Uphold food‑safety management practices and sanitation standards throughout production Requirements High School and College Education preferred. Prior food‑prep experience preferred. Must be able to lift 40 lbs, work in outdoor trailer environments, and handle fast‑paced service conditions. Customer‑service skills preferred.

Wages & Hours Texas Minimum Wage:

$7.25/hr. Overtime may be available during busy events. Hours vary based on festival schedules, catering contracts, and weekend customer volume.
