The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, with experience in restaurant settings and a keen understanding of food safety and kitchen operations. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and dietary requirements. If you have a love for cooking and a desire to create memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and culinary techniques. Uphold high standards of quality in food presentation and taste. Qualifications Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices, kitchen safety, and sanitation guidelines. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. A passion for cooking and helping others enjoy delicious meals. Culinary degree or certification is an advantage but not required.
