Full-Time & Part Time Join the team bringing fresh, authentic Greek street food to Tyler! Nick the Greek is looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks to join our opening team. We're looking for people who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, follow recipes and procedures consistently, and be a strong part of the team. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to Nick the Greek recipes, portions, and quality standards. Work assigned kitchen stations, including grill, prep, fry, and assembly as trained. Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep work. Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service periods. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation. Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking procedures. Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products. Communicate with the Head Cook, managers, and other team members throughout the shift. Assist other stations when needed to keep service moving. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and management direction. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual. Able to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Willing to learn and follow established recipes and procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Flexible availability is preferred, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay $12/hour + Tips Tips are additional compensation and may vary based on sales, shifts worked, and applicable tip distribution practices.
