Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools. Participate in catering events as required, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals. Skills Proven experience in the culinary field, particularly within fine dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices. Proficiency with knives and other kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team. Creativity in menu planning and presentation of dishes. Familiarity with dietary department standards and catering services is a plus.
