Duties Prepare, cook, and plate menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient prep to support daily service needs Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food with precision Serve dishes with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments; dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude Prior fine dining or catering experience highly desirable; background in food service or culinary roles preferred Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a real impact!
