Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Line Cook to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing fresh, consistent, high-quality food. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Set up and stock the kitchen and cooking stations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Properly store and label food and ingredients
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation
• Prepare ingredients for service
• Work efficiently during busy periods
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Clean equipment, workstations, and kitchen areas throughout the shift
• Help with opening and closing duties as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Previous line-cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Must be able to work well as part of a team
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and carry kitchen supplies as needed
• Must be available to work some evenings and/or weekends
