Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast items with precision, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, poaching stations, braising pans, and food production appliances safely and efficiently Manage multiple orders simultaneously during high-volume breakfast service periods Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment Assist with menu planning by suggesting new breakfast dishes or improvements based on guest feedback and culinary trends Handle food handling responsibilities responsibly, including proper storage, portioning, and waste reduction Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and excellent food service delivery Requirements Prior experience in dietary aide roles or food industry settings, especially in fine dining or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal assembly Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency operating various kitchen equipment Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Experience in food handling, recipe adherence, and high-volume production environments Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make mornings brighter!
