Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook where your energy and passion for food will help create memorable dining experiences. Whether you're preparing ingredients, cooking up delicious dishes, or maintaining cleanliness and organization, your efforts will be essential in delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu standards Cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing kitchen surfaces Support kitchen staff with food handling, portioning, and plating to ensure efficient service flow Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of stock needs Follow all food safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices during food preparation and service Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting fellow staff members Qualifications Previous experience in food handling, restaurant work, or culinary environments is preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Strong knife skills and familiarity with basic cooking techniques are a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is advantageous but not mandatory Willingness to learn menu planning, meal preparation, catering support, and serving responsibilities Join us in creating an energetic kitchen atmosphere where your skills can flourish!
