Line Cook - AM & PM Shifts We're looking for dependable, experienced Line Cooks for both AM and PM shifts to join our kitchen team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, and we're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up ready to work, and care about putting out consistently great food. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to our recipes and standards Set up and maintain a clean, organized station Work efficiently during high-volume service Properly handle, portion, cook, and plate food Communicate and work well with the rest of the kitchen team Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures Safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, slicers, and other kitchen equipment Assist with prep, stocking, and keeping the kitchen ready for service Maintain quality and presentation standards on every plate What We're Looking For Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment Basic knife skills and knowledge of proper food handling Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and direction Good communication and teamwork Commitment to cleanliness and food quality Willingness to learn and improve We're looking for reliable people who want to be part of a professional kitchen and a team that takes pride in the food we serve.
