The kitchen has recently been remodeled, and the team is hiring motivated kitchen staff of all experience levels. Key Responsibilities Line cook using grills, fryers, ovens, and BBQ smoker Set up and maintain hot and cold food stations Plate and garnish food according to quality standards Prepare and prep food items Receive, verify, and stock food deliveries Assist with inventory and food orders as needed Run food to customers when necessary Maintain organization, sanitation, and Salt Lake Health Department standards Complete daily cleaning tasks including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and box disposal Work efficiently and remain calm during busy service periods Benefits Three days off per week 40-hour work week with overtime opportunities Medical and dental benefits available after the waiting period Additional kitchen support on busy nights Vendor swag and promotional items Additional Requirements Must have a Salt Lake County Food Handler's Permit Must be 21 years-of-age or older Must be available to work holidays Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings Team-oriented attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Ideal Candidate Enjoys cooking and kitchen work Works well under pressure Has strong culinary skills or is eager to learn Is dependable and able to work evenings and weekends Maintains high standards of cleanliness and food quality
