Responsibilities include preparing and cooking chicken, pizza, and other menu items according to established recipes and food-safety standards. You'll also be responsible for food preparation, maintaining proper cooking temperatures, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, stocking ingredients, and ensuring food is prepared quickly and consistently. The ideal candidate enjoys working with food, can follow recipes and cooking procedures, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare and cook chicken, pizza, and other menu items according to recipes and standards. Keep the kitchen, cooking equipment, and food-preparation areas clean and sanitized. Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures. Restock ingredients, supplies, and food-preparation stations. Maintain proper inventory and rotate food according to expiration dates. Clean and maintain cooking equipment and kitchen work areas. Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
