Clean Eatz is hiring a dependable Line Cook & Meal Prep Assembler to join our kitchen team. This hands-on position includes preparing café orders, completing food prep, and assembling our weekly meal-plan meals. We are looking for someone who works efficiently, follows recipes accurately, maintains a clean kitchen, and is willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook café menu items according to Clean Eatz recipes Complete daily food-preparation tasks Cook proteins, vegetables, rice, pasta, and other menu ingredients Assemble and package weekly meal-plan meals Accurately portion ingredients using scales and measuring tools Label, date, rotate, and properly store prepared food Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards Stock and organize kitchen stations Monitor ingredient levels and communicate shortages Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment, counters, floors, and work areas Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination procedures Work efficiently with other kitchen and front-of-house employees Assist with additional store responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Previous line cook, prep cook, kitchen, or food-service experience preferred Comfortable cooking and working with commercial kitchen equipment Able to follow recipes and portion food accurately Strong attention to detail and organization Dependable, punctual, and productive Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen Willing to clean, stock, prep, cook, and help wherever needed Able to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies ServSafe or Food Handler certification is a plus Weekend availability is preferred Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but we are willing to train a reliable candidate with a strong work ethic.
