Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards Assist with menu planning to introduce new pizza options and seasonal specials Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed during all stages of meal preparation Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, knives, and other culinary tools Support catering events or special functions with timely pizza service and setup Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry Strong knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Familiarity with menu planning and fine dining standards to elevate pizza presentation Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Commitment to food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous restaurant or culinary experience preferred, especially in pizza or casual dining settings Join us and bring your culinary talents to life!
