Seasons Bakery & Café is seeking a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow in culinary skill and responsibility. Our kitchen serves a thoughtfully prepared breakfast and lunch menu centered on quality ingredients, careful execution, and genuine hospitality. The Line Cook will work alongside our Executive Chef and back-of-house team to prepare ingredients, execute menu items, and keep service running smoothly. We are looking for someone who may not know everything yet—but who is diligent, teachable, dependable, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Prepare and execute dishes from the Seasons menu Work an assigned station during service Complete daily prep accurately and efficiently Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures Communicate well and contribute wherever the team needs help Maintain quality and composure during busy service periods Our Ideal Candidate Works diligently and takes pride in doing things well Is dependable, punctual, and receptive to instruction Wants to expand their culinary knowledge and capabilities Pays attention to detail and values consistency Works with urgency while maintaining quality Communicates respectfully and works well with a team Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Is available for morning and daytime shifts, including weekends Professional kitchen experience is helpful, but we will consider a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.
