Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting food preparation and service in a large kitchen of an Italian Bar & Grill. Your contributions will help ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences. If you have a passion for food, hospitality, and customer service, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Support the cooking staff by performing tasks such as chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients. Have the willingness to learn and be trained in the culinary arts or improve on current skillset. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment. Participate in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
