Line:

Execute high-volume preparation across multiple stations, including heavy grilling, sautéing, searing, and plating. Cook from

Scratch:

Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare traditional and contemporary recipes to exact specifications.

Thrive Under Pressure:

Maintain speed, accuracy, and composure during high-stress, high-volume peak service hours.

Communicate Clearly:

Call out tickets, coordinate timing with teammates, and maintain a seamless flow in the kitchen.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years of line cook experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.

Scratch Kitchen Background:

Proven comfort working with raw ingredients, knife handling, and executing recipes from scratch.

Technical Skill:

Strong proficiency in advanced cooking techniques (grilling and sautéing are a must).

Core Competencies:

Excellent communication skills, a team-first attitude, and the ability to stay calm in high-stress environments.

Availability:

Flexible schedule with consistent availability for weekends and major holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods, navigate and go up and down stairs , and safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs .
