• 20/HR Get Tight Lounge | Richmond, VA Get Tight Lounge is looking for experienced, dependable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. We're a busy neighborhood restaurant, bar, and live music venue serving dinner and late night. We're looking for cooks who can stay organized, move with purpose, communicate with the kitchen, and put out consistently good food when things get busy. THE JOB $17
• 20/hour based on experience Full-time and part-time positions available Dinner and late-night shifts Weekday and weekend availability Fast-paced service Opportunity for additional hours and pay for dependable employees

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred Comfortable working a busy line Reliable and on time Clean and organized station Able to follow recipes and portion standards Works well with the rest of the kitchen and FOH team Willing to clean, prep, stock, and help wherever needed Available nights and weekends Most importantly, we're looking for people who show up, work hard, and want to be part of a solid kitchen team. PAY $17

• 20/hour , depending on experience.
