Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the kitchen, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to take direction well. A successful candidate will have a passion for food preparation, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities:
Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection ovens, flat top grills, and refrigeration equipment. Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed. Monitor product quality and freshness. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Adhere to all food safety regulations.Job Type:
