$200 sign-on incentive to be paid after 60 days! Prepare fresh ingredients for daily meal service, including washing, chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling food items Follow recipes, production sheets, and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality Assist cooks with meal preparation for large groups of campers and staff Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times Properly store, label, and rotate food products following food safety standards Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory as needed Support meal service by replenishing food and helping with light serving duties when necessary Follow all HACCP, food safety, and sanitation procedures Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy summer camp environment Help with kitchen cleanup, dishwashing, and closing duties as assigned Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to support the team wherever needed

Schedule:

We are open 7 days a week from 6:00 AM- 8:00 PM and try to create a schedule that works for everyone. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay Type:

$17.00 - $18.00

Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need: Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
