Job Summary:

Full-time position in the AM & PM shifts with highly competitive pay, full benefits package & free parking & the opportunity for overtime pay during peak season. 2 to 5 years experience working in a high volume fast-paced kitchen preferred. Duties include, but are not limited to, prepping and executing menu items per the Club's standards, maintaining a clean work environment, working in multiple locations on the property as directed. Must be a team player Must be Multi Task oriented Must be able to work in the Banquet and Grill kitchens Must have a Servsafe Certification The position would be primally be for the evenings. However, he/she must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
