Job Description
Requirement:
Two years of line cook experience or equivalent in full kitchen- cook from scratch. "Southern Contemporary with a Twist". What we are preparing? Modified Family style plus ala carte. kids meals, and special diets. Catering (when Covid let's up) to our group business. Festival
- bulk foods, kitchen as a commissary operation Market
- prepared foods to Market, Deli and Tackle Baking
- rolls, breads, pastries, cakes, pies, daily. Service times for this role
- 12 to 2, 5:30 to 8. Service times
- 8 to 10, 12 to 2, 6 to 8. No late hours, usually out by 9:30PM or earlier. Shifts from 6:30 AM Pay
- variable according to experience.
