Mashahweez Shawarma & Grill is looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated cooks to join our team. We specialize in authentic Iraqi and Middle Eastern cuisine, including shawarma, kebabs, tikka, falafel, and grilled specialties. We're seeking team members who are passionate about preparing high-quality food, maintaining a clean kitchen, and providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Mashahweez recipes and standards. Operate grills, shawarma machines, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely. Prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients. Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Keep workstations clean and organized throughout each shift. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Work efficiently during busy meal periods. Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties. Work as part of a team to provide fast, friendly service. Qualifications Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Dependable and punctual. Weekend and evening availability is preferred.
