This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a spirit of hospitality. While under the direction of the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager, the Line Cook will maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen while upholding Regent University's mission and values.

$17.00 per hour Essential duties: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and portion guidelines. Support both buffet and à la carte service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner as scheduled. Execute prep work for daily service, including chopping, portioning, and storing ingredients. Rotate between hot and cold food stations as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including the line, prep, and storage areas Follow food safety procedures including temperature checks, sanitation practices, and proper storage (FIFO).
Qualifications:
