Job Summary We are seeking a few dedicated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team at the Farmhouse Tap & Grill in Burlington. The ideal candidates will have a passion for cooking and experience working in a fast paced restaurant environment. We serve lunch & dinner daily.

Pay:

This is a tipped position, base rate is $14.50 an hour plus tips. Total Average Earnings estimated depending on hours & schedule worked. Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality control Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences Support events and special functions as needed, ensuring seamless meal service Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or culinary setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in busy kitchen environments is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward service excellence

Pay:

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
