Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to quality will shine! In this role, you will be preparing delicious meals with precision and creativity, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation. Your energy and culinary expertise will contribute to a lively kitchen environment focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and knives Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking areas in compliance with food safety standards Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Adhere strictly to safety standards during food production and maintain a clean working environment Requirements Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is beneficial but not required Knowledge of food safety management practices and safe handling procedures Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient prep Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in dish quality Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen team members Nights and weekends required
