Mountain Mike's Pizza in Arlington is looking for reliable, motivated team members to join our crew. We are looking for individuals who provide great customer service, work well with others, and can stay productive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Available Shifts Shift start times may range from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM with closing shifts going until 10 PM , depending on scheduling needs and availability. Applicants should have flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders and operate the POS system Prepare and serve food according to company standards Assist with dough preparation and vegetable prep Maintain clean and organized work areas Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning and janitorial duties Restock supplies and prepare the restaurant for upcoming shifts Work efficiently during busy periods Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Work as a team to provide a great experience for every guest Qualifications Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required Must be available for nights and weekends as needed Benefits $17.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience Tips Flexible scheduling Paid training Employee discount Food provided during shifts Opportunities for growth and advancement If you are dependable, hardworking, and interested in joining a team-focused restaurant environment, we encourage you to apply.
