What We re Looking ForThe ideal candidate has strong line experience in a high volume, scratch cooking environment. You should be comfortable working on a flat top, managing fryers, handling knife work efficiently, and maintaining urgency throughout service. A team first mindset is essential our kitchen is small, collaborative, and built on trust.

This is a full time, hourly, non exempt position.
