Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment, counters, and dining areas Operate kitchen equipment safely to prepare food items quickly and efficiently in a fast-food or quick-service environment Manage food handling responsibilities, ensuring proper sanitation and compliance with food safety regulations Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Demonstrated culinary experience or food preparation skills within the food industry Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively Proven ability to upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities Experience in cashiering, cash handling, and retail sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen equipment operation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to serving guests This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary talents while engaging with customers in a lively environment.
