The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating authentic Mexican dishes. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals that reflect our commitment to excellent food service and culinary excellence. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, ensuring authenticity and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs when required. Ensure all food service operations run smoothly during peak hours. Experience Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
