Responsibilities Preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and menu plans Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and mixers Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, adhering to strict sanitation standards Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Follow food safety management protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control Requirements Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, and serving in restaurant or food industry settings Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Strong communication skills for working with kitchen staff and dietary team members Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal presentation techniques Experience with cleaning routines related to kitchen sanitation and equipment maintenance
