Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Fryer to join our vibrant culinary team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious donuts with precision and flair, ensuring every batch meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Available shift is 10pm- 8am Wednesday - Saturday. After 90-days upon successful completion of training and demonstration of competency in required duties, employees will be eligible for a pay increase to $20.00. This is a tipped position in addition to hourly pay. The fryer position is an entry level position with the opportunity for growth toward becoming a skilled baker. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of donuts, ensuring consistency and quality in every serving Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, mixers and other appliances safely and efficiently Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace Assist with food production tasks including food handling and portioning according to recipes and standards Creativity in daily specials Maintain high-volume production standards during busy service times without compromising quality Adhere strictly to recipe adherence, and frying techniques, and fryer cleaning requirements. Requirements Reliable work attendance and a willingness to increase skills. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially with fry cooking or similar culinary tasks Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely in a high-volume setting Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Passion for the food industry with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
