Line Cook

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing meals according to the restaurant's recipes, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The successful candidate must have excellent knife skills, a good understanding of food preparation techniques, and the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food items according to recipes and menu specifications. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Check food quality and presentation before serving. Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
