(Kitchen Assistant) Assist with daily food prep and line assembly during service Receive, check, and organize ingredients following kitchen standards Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all sanitation & food safety rules Support opening and closing kitchen duties (prep, cleaning, breakdown) Perform frequent restocking and ensure proper food storage & labeling Safely operate fryer and stove according to training and SOP Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
