Duties Prepare and cook breakfast and sandwiches following established recipes and menu guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, meat slicers, and other culinary tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to strict sanitation standards to promote food safety. Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques to prevent contamination and ensure freshness. Follow safety standards during food production, including proper knife skills, slicing techniques, and temperature controls. Keep accurate records of food inventory, usage, and waste to support efficient kitchen operations. Experience Candidates should bring prior experience in food service environments such as restaurants, catering services, or institutional kitchens. Familiarity with food safety management practices and operating various kitchen equipment is required to ensure compliance with health standards. Excellent communication skills with kitchen staff are necessary to coordinate efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
