As an upscale restaurant, we pride ourselves on a diverse menu prepared in our dynamic, exhibition-style kitchen. The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable team player to join our kitchen family. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to strict recipe specifications while maintaining the speed and precision required in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare menu items according to exact recipe specifications and portion standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with health codes. Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Demonstrate a "guest-first" attitude in all interactions and output. Perform additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager to support daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Benefits Package:
Paid time off, 1 hour per every 40 hours worked up to year 3; 1.54 hours per every 40 hours worked thereafter; eligible after 90 days.
Holiday Pay:
Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day paid 1.5 times base wage if worked, based on eligibility. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans available.
