Full Time PM Line Cook

The Ballard Cut is hiring a new member for our close knit BOH crew. We're seeking candidates who embody passion and curiosity for food and industry. We require self motivated individuals who work well in team driven environment, as well kindness and patience in their demeanor. Listening skills and respect are absolutely essential as well as a base level knowledge and skill working in a fast paced and often demanding professional kitchen.

The Ballard Cut focuses on a diverse, seasonal and locally sourced menu. As well as featuring a curated whiskey selection and creative bar program. Most importantly we building a positive, fun-loving and inclusive environment for both the crew and clientele.
