Job Description
Jackson Street Pizza Lounge is a neighborhood pizza shop serving the Central District with awesome pizza, chill vibes, live music, and karaoke nights.
We re looking to add someone to our small kitchen team. Pizza or kitchen experience is preferred, but we re willing to train the right person. If you re a quick learner, willing to put in the effort, and want to learn, we can show you the rest.
We re a small, hands-on operation. On weekends, we typically run with two people in the kitchen, and during the week, you ll often be working solo. We re an all hands in, all hands out kind of place. Everyone works together to keep the kitchen running smoothly pizza, prep, dishes, cleaning, stocking, whatever needs to get done.

Set up and stock the linePrep ingredients as neededPortion and shape doughTurn on and check appliancesGet the kitchen ready for serviceDuring service:
Make, stretch, and top pizzasManage the pizza ovenPrepare other menu itemsKeep your station stocked and organizedRestock and prep as neededStay ahead during slower periodsKeep dishes moving throughout service and closingMaintain a clean and organized kitchen
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Shifts generally start around 2:30 3:00 PM and end around 10:00 10:30 PM.
