We're seeking passionate cooks to create mouthwatering dishes in a fun, fast-paced environment. As a Cook, you'll prepare and cook menu items to perfection, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety, and work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. If you have a flair for cooking and you love food, we want you on our team! Essential Duties And Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals in a high-volume environment, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Follow established recipes and presentation specifications, as set by the executive chef or kitchen management. Cook food in quantities according to the menu and the number of people to be served. Monitor all aspects of food service in the assigned area to ensure quality, sanitary preparation, and presentation. Correctly work all stations in the outlet with flexibility to assess and rotate within those areas to assist the team in keeping up with business demands. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, handling and storing food in compliance with food safety requirements. Safely and efficiently operate various kitchen equipment. Assist in the development of menu items and daily specials. Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred but not required - culinary arts degree from an accredited school. Prefer one (1) year experience performing high-volume cooking in a full-service dining establishment with an emphasis on specialty cuisine. Must be able to pass a background check.
