Job Description
Line Cook at Pace Kitchen in SnohomishGuests will enjoy American-Italian small plates, shareable plates, and craft wine from our business partners at Randolph Cellars. Pace Kitchen is a small family owned and ran operation. Our Line Cooks are trained to work all stations, which includes saute, pantry, some dishwashing, occasional food running and table clearing. We prepare delicious seasonally rotating food with a smaller menu, which is what Pace Kitchen is known for. Caring about the details, expanding ingredient and menu knowledge, and a positive learning mindset are key aspects of the Line Cook position. This cooking position is for Tuesday - Saturday for approximately 25-30 hours per week. Pace Kitchen does last call for food and beverages at approximately 8pm daily. This position would not be a late night job. Must be 21+What Pace Kitchen offers:
