Whether you're slicing fresh ingredients, cooking up flavorful creations, or supporting the overall flow of the kitchen, your skills will help deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests. Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble components according to standardized recipes and menu specifications Cook and plate dishes with precision, ensuring presentation and taste meet quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with menu planning by preparing ingredients for upcoming service periods Follow food handling procedures diligently to ensure safety and freshness of all products Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service flow Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a dietary aide within a restaurant or healthcare setting Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient portioning Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation processes Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen environment Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization during busy shifts Previous catering experience or food industry background is advantageous Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a real difference!
