We're looking for Line Cooks who take pride in their craft, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven kitchen. What You'll Do As a Line Cook, you play an important role in delivering high‑quality food and consistent Guest experiences. Handle grill and fryer station responsibilities Stock and maintain reach‑in coolers Support the Broiler Cook in preparing and completing orders Prepare food according to recipes, standards, and ticket flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Follow all safety, sanitation, and food‑handling standards Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams Perform all duties with care and professionalism to ensure Guest satisfaction What We're Looking For Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience Warm, friendly, and service‑oriented attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team environment Strong attention to quality, safety, and consistency Passion for cooking and delivering great food Must be available to work weekends and all holidays If this sounds like you, let's talk around the campfire.
