$20/hour About the RoleWe're looking for a reliable and organized Prep Cook to help prepare food for our kitchen. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule based on our production needs. Responsibilities Follow the daily prep list Prepare sauces and vegetables Prepare chicken and shawarma Portion ingredients according to recipes and standards Label and date prepared food Follow FIFO Restock ingredients for the kitchen line Keep the prep area clean and organized Wash and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas Work independently and keep up with production needs What We're Looking For Reliable and responsible Clean and organized Detail-oriented Able to follow recipes and instructions Comfortable working independently Able to work at a steady pace Restaurant or prep experience is a plus, but not required Physical & Work Environment Must be able to stand and move for extended periods Bend, reach, lift, and move supplies as needed Work around kitchen equipment and cleaning products Lift and move food supplies and containers Regular cleaning is part of the job SchedulePart-time with a flexible schedule based on prep and production needs. We're planning to open in approximately 3-4+ weeks and are building our opening team now.

Pay:
