Job Description
Kelnero, a Pacific NW cocktail lounge where we strive to provide new and exciting items, focused on local and sustainable product. We want people to be delightfully surprised every time they join us. Our goal is NOT a New American style menu. There are plenty of those on every corner.
Our level of service is high, and a large part of that is we all work together, and are ready to bring the right person in to help us expand. Our kitchen is small, so you must be able to work well independently. It is also hoodless, so we think outside the box often in order to create something a little bit different. A great menu in our opinion is the sum of its parts, so anyone who wants to be creative should seriously consider joining us.
What we care about:
We are a small team where everyone pitches in where needed, and keeping a positive attitude at work is an absolute mustOffering sustainably and responsibly sourced ingredients, emphasizing seasonality and locality when possible, and offering creative food with unique and thoughtful cocktails.
All the usual boring stuff: show up on time, clean, ready to work, etc.
Pay is always open to negotiation, and we care a lot about raises for those that work hard with us.
