Job Description Copper Oak Steakhouse at Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells is looking for a full time Fine Dining Line Cook. The Fine Dining Line Cook is responsible for the preparation and production of upscale dishes, soups, salads, appetizers, and desserts that meet restaurant standards. The position will support a culture of respect, enthusiasm, kindness, and cooperation. Guest service is our top priority both internal and external guests. Pay Starting pay for our Fine Dining Line Cooks position is $20.55 per hour Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k with employer matching Annual performance review with up to 4% increase Paid time off Paid holiday time (13) Employee Assistance Program Professional training Uniforms and equipment supplied Work Schedule We are looking for full-time (40 hours per week) candidates, with opportunities for overtime. Cook Duties Fine Dining Line Cook duties include but are not limited to the following: Prepares meal ingredients as directed by the executive chef, sous chef, or other staff. Prepares fresh produce by peeling, cutting, portioning, and cooking daily. Prepares meats by trimming, cutting, portioning, and cooking daily. Prepares simple to complex dishes daily. Mixes or prepares condiments, dressings, and sauces daily. Produces high-quality plates, ensuring presentation and taste meet standards daily. Maintains compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes. Assists with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies while minimizing spoilage and waste. Any other duties as assigned. Education Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent An Associate Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts is preferred. Work Experience Minimum - 18 years or older Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a full service restaurant.
