Job Description
A prep Cook prepares ingredients and manages the station setup before and during service. Duties include washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients, labeling food items, and following a chef's prep list to keep the kitchen running efficiently. Roughly 20-30 hours a week. We open at 11 am so if you could be here around 8 or 9 that would be ideal. Looking for Saturday and Sunday cooks as well.
