Key Responsibilities Prepare food according to daily menus and dietary guidelines Ensure residents receive correct diets and portions Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment Follow all cleaning schedules and food safety regulations Collaborate with team members and Culinary Director Maintain accurate food inventories Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures Rotate stock items as needed Restock kitchen supplies when necessary Ensure kitchen and prep areas are cleaned and sanitized at the beginning and end of each shift What We're Looking For Dependable and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for supporting resident care through quality meals We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
