Job Description
Job Overview We are an award-winning steak and seafood supper club. Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork are essential. The kitchen operates with five stations: Dish, Hashbrowns, Fryers, Grill, and Expo. Team members are expected to learn and rotate through all stations, providing support to others as needed. In addition to dinner service, the role includes prep work and assistance with on-site and off-site catering events. We maintain high standards and offer training to the right candidate. A flexible schedule is available, but availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights is required. The restaurant is closed Monday through Wednesday. Responsibilities Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and consistent manner to meet quality expectations Ensure only high-quality food is served; do not plate or serve substandard items Multi-task effectively, including cooking while handling prep or cleaning tasks Demonstrate understanding of the menu, portions, pricing, and waste management Collaborate effectively as part of a team and provide support across stations when required Assist with weekly prep work and catering events (on and off site) Qualifications No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability are essential Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to consistent attendance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding kitchen environment Willingness to learn all stations and contribute to team success Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights (required) Compensation Pay is commensurate with experience, skill level, attitude, punctuality, reliability, and overall dedication.
