Cumberland Healthcare is pleased to announce an opening for a full-time Cook in our Harvest Grill! This position is responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external customers and supporting the department by preparing, cooking and servicing specific menu items in accordance with approved specifications of the program menus. This individual estimates food requirements, is responsible for prep, set-up, gardening, and service pertaining to cooking, as well as additional functions, events or tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, preferred; Cooking experience in a food service operation, preferred; Knowledge of the following: quantity cooking procedures, special diets and safe food handling practices; Ability to follow directions; Ability to meet deadlines; Ability to adjust to changing needs, timelines, and requests; Basic computer skills; Excellent communication skills; and Excellent customer service skills. This position may include Day and PM hours until 7pm.
