Job Description
Prep Cook Full Time | Day Shift (6am-2pm)
PAY RATE STARTING AT

Prep Cook Requirements:
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred but not required. Basic knife skills and understanding of safe food handling practices. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. What you'll do as aPrep Cook:
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production sheets, including chopping, slicing, measuring, and portioning. Assist in the preparation of menu items and daily specials under the direction of the Chef or Lead Cook. Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in quality and presentation. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate shortages or needs to kitchen leadership. Label, date, and store all food items properly to ensure freshness and compliance with safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, storage, and equipment throughout the shift. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries while verifying accuracy and quality.BenefitsPerks:
