Restaurant Cook (Cook I) | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Mainly Evening Hours Banquet Cook (Cook II) | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Days and Hours Varies /Flexible Availability Required

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares and properly garnishes all food orders in accordance with menu specifications under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager Organizes and maintains work areas, coolers and storage areas Serves food that is safe to eat, fresh and visually appealing Cleans and sanitizes work station according to cleaning schedule Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson Blu experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectation Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guests
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age, or older Minimum two years of cooking experience, preferably in an upscale high volume environment Culinary degree preferred Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions Knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette Attention to detail Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must have excellent attendance and reliability
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Long hours are sometimes required, ability to work flexible schedule Ability to stand for long periods of time, frequent bending, occasionally stoop or crawl Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move and use force or exertion up to 75 pounds on a regular basis Good manual dexterity for the use of common office and kitchen equipment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Long hours are sometimes required, ability to work flexible schedule Ability to stand for long periods of time, frequent bending, occasionally stoop or crawl Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and push or pull up to 150 pounds Good manual dexterity for the use of common office and kitchen equipment

Food service and restaurant experience Line cook / prep cook experience
